Locate the headquarters of the Butcher of Bravil

Razum-dar tracked an Imperial war criminal to the Garlas Agea ruins to make her pay for attacking innocent noncombatants in Bravil. I agreed to help him dispatch this Captain Jena Apinia and recover the items they stole.

Detailed Walkthrough

Inside the entrance of Garlas Agea, you'll find Razum-dar just finishing up an interrogation of an Imperial Legion defector-turned-mercenary. The Queen's Eye says he's on the trail of the leader of these mercenaries and asks for your help. They've stolen three items that need to be returned to their rightful owners here on the Gold Coast -- and, if the mercenary leader can be shown the pointy end of a blade, so much the better for her treachery.

There are three paths through the ruin. No path is more advantageous for this task, since there's a small amount of doubling-back you'll have to do either way. The simplest is probably to go straight ahead (north) to retrieve the Signet Ring of Bravil. From there, to the east is the room with the skyshard and the City of Bravil Seal.

Head north to locate Captain Jena Apinia, where you'll find Razum-dar eager to help her pay her debt to society for her wrongdoing. Leaving her "office" and heading west and south, you'll find the Tax Collector's Ledger and another delve boss: Ironfang. Finally, head west and south to meet up with Razum-dar to complete the quest.

Notes

• Captain Jena Apinia and her two archers won't exist in the ruins before starting the quest.
