A Daggerback in Lower Craglorn

Daggerbacks are a species of boar. As the name would imply, they have quills along their backs. Daggerbacks roaming near the Spellscar in Craglorn have glowing eyes and purple quills due to magic pollution.

Unique Daggerbacks

• Ferntusk, a daggerback found at the Elden Root Mastercraft Exchange
• Shufflebottom, a daggerback found at the Mournhold Undaunted Enclave
• Steelspine, a daggerback found inside the guild hall in Fargrave

Notes

• There are two Daggerback pets: the Purple Daggerback and the Flameback Boar. Purple Daggerbacks, as stated above, can be seen in-game within eastern Lower Craglorn, in areas ravaged by magical pollution.
• According to Anequina Animal Identification and Tasting, Daggerback meat is good in a stew.
