Use the Witchmother's Cauldron summoned from the Witchmother's Whistle 10 times.

Cauldron Conjurer is awarded for completing using the Witchmother's Cauldron 10 times during the Witches Festival. You must first acquire the Witchmother's Whistle in order to summon the cauldron. This is available for free in the Crown Store during the event, and is made available to all of your characters the first time you acquire it. You can do this very quickly by summoning the cauldron and using it multiple times in a row before it disappears. If you don't get 10 drinks before it goes away, you can always summon it again (after a 45 second cooldown). It is not necessary to wait until the effect wears off to use it again and earn the achievement.
