Caecilius Albus was an Imperial noble from House Albus, and the son of its current leader, Cato Albus. He was tragically slain during his attempts to stop the Three Banners War which has led his family to take a different path to fulfil his wish.

While exploring the Exiled Redoubt you may witness Caecilius's appear and say cryptic things.
