Ris Fralmoton in the Market District, Imperial City

Ris Fralmoton is an Imperial ostler who never actually appears in the game, although he is listed in the Construction Set. He owns a vendor chest in Red Diamond Jewelry, which presumably originally sold horses under the name "Bit and Bridle".

He was supposed to sleep between midnight and 6am and eat meals from midday to 2pm and 6pm to 8pm. For the rest of the day he would wander around. All of this would have taken place at his editor location.

Ris would have worn green felt linens, a collared shirt and a pair of thick cowhide shoes and carried the Bit and Bridle Key, as well as one or two septims.

Notes[edit]

  • Hamlof Red-Tooth, the vendor at Red Diamond Jewelry in the final game, might've originally worked at Bit and Bridle alongside Ris. Hamlof is also a part of the Bit and Bridle faction, and his key also bears the shop's early name. The front door of the shop is similarly still owned by the original faction.

Bugs[edit]

  • The unique Spectre Ring was meant to be purchasable at Red Diamond Jewelry, but the vendor chest in which it is kept is owned by Ris instead of Hamlof. As such, it does not appear in Hamlof's stock.
