Fungai Hill, Exterior

Fungai Hill is a player home in Morrowind Rebirth that is purchasable for 15,000 gold from Brutus in the Imperial Estate Agency in Ebonheart. "A very attractive property this one. It's a two-story building with excellent local facilities and entertainment. There is a vibrant market place [sic] to be found there and of course, the main feature is doubtless the great Imperial castle that looks out to sea. Very picturesque indeed. In a [sic] short, the town boasts the best in the way of protection, entertainment, and transport facilities. 15,000 is a bargain! What do you say?" - Brutus

Interior

Its interior and exterior are very similar to many of the small houses in Sadrith Mora and inside, there are two floors, each with one tiny room. The ground-level area contains several storage containers and a writing desk with a chair. There is also a black anther plant in a pot with three stalks, each of which may be harvested for its ingredients.

A small spiral staircase leads upwards to the second-story room with a few more storage containers, one of which is a chest of drawers. There is also a meager bed.
