Thetrard Phirrienele

Thetrard Phirrienele is a Breton monk serving jail time at the Buckmoth Legion Fort. He is held in a cell on the lower prison floor. He maintains that he is innocent of his crime, insisting he was framed, "I'm innocent! I was framed!"

If you have the Buckmoth Prison Cell Key you can unlock his cell. But unlike the other prisoners at the fort, you are given no option to free him since he does not have the prisonerScript.

His only possession is the common pants he is wearing. Aside from his natural bonus and resistance to magicka, and his ability to shield himself for short periods, he knows the following spells: Enrichment, Great Heal Companion, Vigor, Resist Shock, and Resist Poison.
