Sevilo Othan

Sevilo Othan is a Dark Elf miner who used to work at Shulk Egg Mine just outside of Balmora. Along with fellow ex-miner Daynila Valas, he is involved in an egg poaching operation at his former place of work.

He wears a common shirt, pants, and shoes. He carries a miner's pick along with 10 small kwama eggs. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
