Miun-Gei

Miun-Gei is an Argonian enchanter who has a shop on the upper level on the Lower Waistworks in Vivec's Foreign Quarter. He has a large variety of magical scrolls and other items for sale, and also offers enchanting services.

Miun-Gei has been annoyed by a bad actor hanging around his shop, and he also may have some ties to the Dark Brotherhood.

I appreciate you getting rid of him, but there had to be another way. Anyway, take this. And you didn't get it from me."
• "You've done it! I admire your persuasiveness, friend. Thank you for your help. Allow me to give you this as a token of my appreciation."
