The Hlaalu Council Manor

The Hlaalu Council Manor is the offices of the ruling body of House Hlaalu in Balmora.

Interestingly, there are no Councilors here, and none live in town. The ranking Hlaalu is Nileno Dorvayn, she keeps the Hlaalu business going while the Councilors are away. Nileno Dorvayn is nevertheless one of the essential House Hlaalu quest givers. One could question how much these offices are being used...

Others here provide training, mainly in the Stealth category, and Imare is a Spell Merchant.

Against the north wall of the second floor are two chests: a locked (94) one containing a random assortment of gems and another locked (45) one containing several bottles of alcohol.
