Hakar the Candle

Hakar the Candle is a Nord smith who works at the Redoran Stronghold in Molag Mar. He has a selection of weapons and armor for sale, as well as offering repair items and services.

He wears common pants, shoes, shirt, belt, gloves and Ring. He carries 15 steel arrows, and four random leveled weapons. He wields Warhammer of Wounds. Aside from his natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield himself, and a natural frost damage spell, he knows no spells.
