Hroldan

I feel it's past time to give Hroldan a lore page. But what to call it? Many sources make references to simply "Old Hroldan", including the Old Hroldan Inn. PGE1: The Wild Region references "Old H'roldan" and Holdings of Jarl Gjalund calls it "H'roldan". Then, of course, The Arcturian Heresy and PGE1: Cyrodiil call it "Old Hrol'dan". And there might be more spellings I'm unaware of.
