Zeqqi, known as the Madonna of Tears, is a water goddess and the daughter of Zeht. As her father forsakes Hew's Bane, the water goddess takes pity on the lost souls who call Abah's Landing their home. It is theorized that the "Lady in the Cistern" statue depicts her, recognizing the sacrifices she makes to sustain the people of the city, hidden from the gaze of her disapproving father.[1]
