Sound Variation[edit]
Actually, it's not true that you'll never hear the same sound in a row, try attacking with a creature by attacking empty space - they repeat the same line without any kind of variation. Tested with Ungolim ("For the Black Hand!"). All cards have one exactly the same line for attacking and when summoned without any kind of pitch change, however I think they do have different sounds for when they are hit - I'm not entirely sure about that. - I'm not sure about the validity of that claim, myself. Does the claim originate from a developer? --AKB Talk Cont Mail 15:39, 11 December 2016 (UTC)

- I have no idea, we'd have to ask the person who put the information there where did they get it from. I've been playing the game and I don't recall any differences in the attacking and summoning lines. I think it's better to delete the line until it's confirmed, as we can always add it back later. - I've played again today and the attack sounds depend on the individual card: some cards like Ungolim have always one single attack line that never changes, others, like Lurking Crocodile and other creatures have various grunts, usually 2-4 different ones when attacking. Cards with spoken lines usually have one or two lines of attack dialogue.Explorer (talk) 22:38, 11 December 2016 (UTC)

- KINMUNE and I were the first ones who added that note, and yeah, we meant when cards are first summoned. The way I first worded it was "The audio plays at slightly different pitch for each card played, so that if two identical cards are played in succession they may sound different." Here's an example of it occurring, and I've seen it with quite a few other cards too. Perhaps we can rephrase it to say "may" if it doesn't happen all the time, and emphasize that it only occurs when summoned rather than attacking too? ~ Alarra (talk) 06:55, 14 December 2016 (UTC)

Audio[edit]
So on most card pages we've been saying "dialogue" for card audio, but this doesn't make much sense to me. How is it dialogue? If anything, it's 'monologue'. Additionally, it's the same as the animal grunts, which could hardly be called even monologue. Dialogue is discussion and speech between two or more people. This is not dialogue, so why do we call it dialogue? —Fullerton ﴾talk﴿ 01:46, 3 June 2017 (UTC)
