The card is named for Ald'ruhn, a town on Vvardenfell which first appeared in Morrowind, and later reappeared in ESO.
The card's art may be intended to depict Vonden Mano, A Redoran Master of Arms who is stationed in Practice Room in the Redoran Council Hall in Under-Skar.
Alternately, it may depict an Ashlander wearing their garb as it appeared in ESO.
