Snipes-Many-Innocents, an Argonian bandit, is a member of the criminal gang Thorina's Cutters and a bodyguard to Thorina herself. You will find him in the tower of the Cutter's headquarters at Cutpurse Hideout during Against the Cutters, where he will attack you on sight alongside Thorina and fellow bodyguard Enchanter Brecius.
He is equipped with leveled bandit archer light armor and weapons (including Imperial and Cyrodiilic weapons and armor). He also carries a random assortment of items, including beverages, lockpicks, food, jewelry, gems, tools, ingots, and a small amount of gold.
