The Thirsty Guar is a tavern located on the upper level of the southwestern block of the Imperial City Elven Gardens District.

The publicans, Shella Drell and Tanya, have 50 gold, and a Mercantile skill of 60 and 50 respectively, and buy and sell ingredients and potions.

The lower floor is a small area with two tables (each with a pair of stools) and a tall shelf holding mugs, cups, and shot glasses. Tanya also circulates down here occasionally. A door in the rear leads to a storeroom with various crates and barrels; a set of stairs leads up to the bar proper. The second floor is a much larger area dotted with tables; an L-shaped bar sits against the far wall, behind which Shella and Tanya serve up drinks. A set of shelves behind the bar holds a variety of liquors, glasses, and mugs. A door in the back wall leads to another storeroom.
