Owen

Owen is an Imperial pirate who lives and works aboard the Slough Queen, a ship moored in the Bravil Docks.

Owen rises every day at 8am and eats breakfast for two hours. He spends an hour aboard the ship, then heads ashore for the rest of the day. On weekdays, he goes to the stables; on weekends, he spends his time wandering around by the riverside. In either case, he returns to the ship at 6pm and kills a couple of hours until dinner at 8pm with the rest of the crew. At 10pm, he plays dice with Skro-gra at a table in the aft crew deck until 1am, when he goes to bed.

He wears a sailor's shirt, canvas trousers, and leather boots; he's armed with a steel cutlass and carries a wedge of cheese and some beef.

Owen is a friendly sort, always glad to see a new face: "I haven't seen you around these parts before... then again, I'm usually sailing around the western seas these days, so you'll have to forgive me if I'm not up to date." He's an avid dice player, as well: "Well, I usually host a game of Liar's Dice during the evenings when I've finished work. It's a pretty simple game, but I have to warn you, I'm a mean player... Just last night I won fifty septims off the cook... Although, I think he may have spat in my morning broth at breakfast."
