Olive

Olive is an Orc publican who runs Olive's Baked Goods, a bakery in Chorrol.

As the owner, Olive doesn't do any of the actual work - she gets up at 6am and eats breakfast for an hour, then opens the shop for business, remaining behind the counter until closing time at 8pm. After closing up, she goes upstairs and sits down with a book until she goes to bed at 10pm.

She wears a blue and green outfit and doeskin shoes; she carries a copy of The True Nature of Orcs, two pieces of brioche, and the key to her shop.

Olive lives above the shop; she has a sitting room and bedroom on the second floor of the building.

Olive always greets her customers with good cheer: "Welcome to Olive's Bakery! I'm Olive, in case you were wondering." If you ask how long she's run the bakery, she says: "If my memory serves me right, I've been here coming up forty years next month! I've been a baker for almost all my life, and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon." If you ask if business is good, she'll tell you: "If it wasn't, don't you think I would have closed the shop by now? The people of this city know quality baked goods when they eat them, and that's why they've been coming back here for years."
