The House Under Construction is a large mansion in the northwest corner of Bruma, near the castle. As the name suggests, it is still under construction; a crew of men live here while the work on the place.
The front door opens into a long open room, empty but for a pile of planks. A doorway leads into another room that holds a few crates and more planks. From there, one can go upstairs to the second floor, which has a large landing and two more rooms. The landing has a bedroll and stool; the next room has three more bedrolls for the rest of the crew, and the final room is empty except for some scaffolding.
