Heron

Heron is a Wood Elf archer and member of the Thieves Guild in Bravil who spends most of his time in the local Thieves Hideout.

As a thief, Heron is more active at night than during the day. He gets up at 2pm every day and moves upstairs to sit at the table, where he remains all day, until he goes to bed at 7am.

Heron wears a brown shirt, canvas trousers, and crude leather boots. He's armed with an iron bow and 55 arrows, and carries a key to the hideout.

The Thieves Hideout is more of a way-station for thieves to temporarily hide out from the guards or store things to fence another day. It occupies two stories of an abandoned building in the Bravil Riverside settlement, above the Bravil Cobbler and Tailor. The lower floor has pallets and various containers for storage, while the upper floor has nothing but a table and chairs for members to conduct meetings or simply converse in comfort.

The first time he sees you, Heron will express surprise: "What? How did you get in here? I'll have to ask you to leave..." If you heard about the place from a fellow Thief, he'll welcome you: "Ahh, a fellow thief, eh? Well, make yourself comfortable... If you need to store any... goods... until the heat goes down, there are some empty smuggling crates downstairs... Don't worry, we're honourable! We won't take anything that you've... acquired..."
