The General Department

The General Department is a government building in the Elven Gardens District located beside the gate to Green Emperor Way.

The General Department, ground floor

The ground floor is divided in half by a wall of bars with an opening in the middle; the outer half has a pair of large desks and a bench for visitors to sit, and the inner half has a clerk's counter. The upper floor is also two rooms; the outer has four large desks, and the inner is a large office for a single person. The basement has a single clerk's desk, along with a work area.
