Barin is a Redguard scout who serves as a navigator aboard The Shining Topal, a ship currently moored in the Leyawiin Harbour

Since the ship is in port, Barin has nothing to do; he sleeps from midnight to 6am, eats breakfast for two hours, and spends the rest of the day wandering aimlessly around the ship.
