Ah-Rhajii is a Khajiit merchant who lives in the Imperial City Waterfront District.
Ah-Rhajii has a simple life: he sleeps from 2am to 10am, then goes to The Hunter's Feast for breakfast. He spends the rest of the day standing around outside the skooma den, selling skooma. At midnight, he goes to Dreg's to have a few beers, then returns to his bedroll to sleep.
He wears a black tunic, blacksmith's pants, and black half boots; he's armed with a steel dagger and carries five vials of skooma.
Ah-Rhajii has a bedroll in the skooma den.
