Ri'Atahrashi is a Pahmar-raht who has mastered the art of Goutfang. He is in exile, and can be found training students at his training ground in Southern Elsweyr. He serves as the group boss for that location.

Ri'Atahrashi dashes forward while engulfed in flames, indicated by a long rectangular AoE, leaving a lingering trail of fire behind. In the case of this boss, being hit by this attack also causes a knock down effect.

Elemental Cross

Ri'Atahrashi joins his hands together and unleashes fire in a cone in one of four directions, dealing flame damage and knocking back.

Inner Strife

Ri-atahrashi enters a martial pose and flashes, buffing his resistance to damage for a time.

If all four of the sudents initially found with him are slain, he will summon another group of them. As such, considering how strong and dangerous the students are, it is ideal to leave at least one alive to prevent this from happening.
