- Kill the Ash Vampire Dagoth Veymn downstairs in the central chamber of the Inner Fortress, Hall of Torque.
- Take the magic amulet and Sunder from Vemyn's corpse.
Detailed Walkthrough
- Vemynal Citadel
- Once you've talked to Vivec about the plan to defeat Dagoth Ur, the location of the Sunder Artifact
should be mark on your in-game map, Vemynal, North West of Dagoth Ur's Citadel in the center of the
island.
- Dagoth Vemyn
- The Outer Fortress doesn't contain much, just a few Dwemer items and a couple of Dagoths. Similarily
with the Inner Fortress, Hall of Torque, though you do encounter a named skeleton, Beldoh the Undying (unrelated quest
perhaps?). The Ash Vampire Dagoth Vemyn is downstairs in the central chamber. Take the Sunder Artifact
and the magic amulet from his corpse.
- Sunder Artifact
- Note that Sunder is a Blunt Weapon, so if you don't have a good Blunt Weapon skill, run to a town
and get it trained up as high as you can.
