New Warning Messages

I've created a new page of standard warning messages and notices. Hopefully this page will make it easier to post official-looking warning messages on user talk pages. Also, it provides several notices to use as a starting point when pointing out some common mistakes to new editors. Feel free to give the system a try the next time you notice a problem (I've added a convenient link to the page on the top of the recent changes page). Looks good! :) I placed all of my warning pages under speedy deletion (cat) since you decided to make your own. If you want to use them, feel free to take what you want before deleting them.
