Vildaryn Terano is a Dark Elf Sorcerer found outside the entrance to Sehutu cave, in the Armun Ashlands. He is seeking to apprentice himself under the ancient wizard known as Master Bel-Betu, but has been unable to find him.

Vildaryn's attempts to navigate to Bel-Betu's sanctum were first found amusing by the master, but have lately grown irritating. Master Bel-Betu will therefore ask you to remove Vildaryn from the premises, beginning the quest Getting Rid of Vildaryn Terano. Depending on your choices in the quest, Vildaryn can either be killed, misdirected elsewhere, persuaded to give up his search, or else fried on the floor of Bel-Betu's sanctum by the exasperated master.
