The offering is found, along with a Topaz Offering and a Black Rose Offering, on the body of Uneleas' friend, Alvar Omothan, and must be placed on the tomb during the related quest. The TR_m1_Q_Ingred_NobleSedge version is what is found on the body, and the TR_m1_Q_NobleSedge_Stationary version is what appears when the offerings are in place.
