Kobin Delas

Kobin Delas is a Dark Elf trader who sells a range of weapons and armor from his stall in the courtyard of Ranyon-ruhn. He is also the person to approach when special deliveries are required, although the dangerous roads can make his supplies somewhat erratic.

He wears a common robe with matching shoes.
