Arthal Eindari is a Dark Elf commoner who shares a house in Ranyon-ruhn with his wife, Verana Eindari. Lately, he has been feeling exhausted and his neck has been giving him trouble. When two other residents of the town get the same symptoms, the Tribunal Temple takes an interest.
He wears an expensive shirt with matching pants, belt, and shoes. He wields a Cruel Shardblade.
Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
On the bookshelf next to Arthal, there is a Potion of Detect Key on the bottom shelf. Also, there is a copy of Seeking Home on the double bed in the bedroom behind Arthal.
