Argo Hlon

Argo Hlon is a Dark Elf Archer and the leader of the powerful bandit gang occupying the ancient Dunmer stronghold of Othrano. He has earned the ire of both the Tribunal Temple and the Hlaalu for his predations upon the pilgrims and merchants passing through the area, and the Fighters Guild has therefore received a contract to kill him.
