Detailed Walkthrough

The Bounty

The notice that starts this quest can be found in the Dancing Saber or the Ruby Drake Inn at Karthwasten. After reading the notice, talk to Hadnar White-Wind in the City Barracks to get more information on the bounty.

Finding Uldar Ember-Seeker

He can be found in his camp, located north of Karthwasten. From Karthwasten, follow the stone road to Karthgad, go right following the road after the bridge, then turn left at the next dirt path. Follow the path until it goes north, then head to the forest on your right and up the hill. His camp is at the top of the hill.

Upon arrival at the camp, you will find that he's already dead, possibly killed by the goblins that you have to fight. Interact with his corpse to confirm his death, then report back to Hadnar to get your reward for the bounty.

Notes

• You're supposed to find Uldar dead but he may appear alive. Talking to him will give you the journal entry about finding his corpse.
