Crab vs. Lobster[edit]
I don't know why people are making a big deal out of this. Personally I think the blue ones look like lobsters and the purple ones look like horseshoe crabs. Dreughs are also confusingly described as octopus, crab, and lobster-like interchangeably. As our local biology expert Ilaro put it, "Lobsters, crabs, and shrimps are not well defined groups in English anyway. Mud lobsters are more related to certain crabs than to any other lobster for example. Many of the species got their name before their relationships were known. So no wonder eso isn't really consistent either."
So basically both terms are very interchangeable. As long as they're described as crustacean-like we have nothing to worry about. The Rim of the Sky (talk) 16:40, 9 June 2022 (UTC)
- The point was to use the games definition. And while English has many words, crab or mudcrab-like is what the game uses. If the game is using one thing, we should be using that thing too. I'm not 100% sure why a talk page was needed. Jeancey (talk) 18:55, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
- just for future reference, things r fine as is The Rim of the Sky (talk) 19:17, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
