Far-From-Water

Far-From-Water is an Argonian outlaw found at the Baandari Trading Post from time to time. She enters from the Reaper's March gate, stopping in front of the wayshrine for a few seconds. She then walks over to the guild traders to stand among them for a minute before leaving town through the south road and disappearing.
